Eight Steps to Customer Satisfaction

Castleton Homes "We Care Program" was established to meet the needs of our customers throughout the entire building process. Each step was established with you in mind. Our goal will be to provide the most enjoyable process and a quality home that you and your family can enjoy for many years to come. We believe our process will provide peace of mind.
  • Step One: Pre-Construction Meeting
    At this meeting, we will explain the entire building process and then give you an opportunity to meet your construction team members. We will establish a timetable and answer any questions that you might have.
  • Step Two: Pre-Drywall Walk Through
    Prior to the drywall installation, a construction team leader will provide a guided tour of the home. This walk is important to ensure that everything is proper, including options, quality standards and components. Additionally, we will answer all questions.
  • Step Three: Quality Control Inspection
    Before your final walk through, a Castleton Homes Supervisor conducts a quality control check to ensure that everything meets our standards and is working properly. At this time, we handle any repairs or touch-ups and qualify Pre-Closing this critical step in the process.
  • Step Four: Pre-Closing Orientation
    Castleton Homes' Building Superintendant is now ready to provide a guided tour, room by room, to demonstrate that your home meets the highest quality standards and everything is operating properly. At this time we will also review our follow up "Customer Care Program."
  • Step Five: Two Week Follow-up
    Now that you are settled into your home, we check back by letter, phone, or even a knock on the door. We once again take the opportunity to confirm your satisfaction.
  • Step Six: Two Month Follow-up
    At this rime, two months after closing, our Castleton Homes Customer Service Team will schedule a service check.
  • Step Seven: Eleven Month Follow-up
    To reinforce Castleton Homes' commitment to satisfaction, we again take a look at any required warranty issues. Plus we will handle issues and answer any questions that you might have.
  • Step Eight: Your Next Home
    We value your business very much and look forward to building your next home. We can only hope that our process produced a satisfied customer willing to provide a positive referral. Thank you!
